Returning goods

We are happy to exchange or refund any unused item that you are not entirely happy with when you return it to us within 14 days of receipt.

To return an item please either e-mail us or telephone us on 01403 791000 to speak to a member of the team who will register your intention to return your items.

Items which are returned to us must be unused, in a saleable condition and have its original packaging intact.  Please also ensure that all component parts, instructions are included with the item as well as a copy of the original invoice as proof of purchase.

Goods of a type not normally held in stock, and therefore specially ordered, are normally non-returnable. However please contact a member of the team who will contact the manufacturer for you, and we may be able to accept the item back with a small handling charge which will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

All returns are to be sent to us at the customers own expense and within 14 days of notifying us. We recommend that customers get a proof of posting or to return the item by a tracked courier.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

If there is a fault or you are dissatisfied with your item, please contact us on 01403 791000, or email us as soon as possible.  Our aim is to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. In most instances we will replace the item with the same or an equivalent item.
